International Scholarships 2020 in Australia (UNSW)

Study in Australia - International Students

UNSW offers a wide range of Scholarships and Awards to support International undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students commencing full-time study at UNSW. Students wishing to undertake postgraduate research study should contact the Graduate Research School.

Some scholarships will provide a full or partial tuition fee payment, while others provide a stipend to assist with the costs associated with your studies.

Our scholarships help students to achieve their potential and enhance the experience of individuals who might otherwise struggle financially to maintain a place at university. They reward excellence, encourage international mobility, diversity, and equity, all critical themes in the UNSW 2025 Strategy.

The extensive range of scholarships on offer include opportunities which are: Faculty or School-based; industry-linked; for rural students; for Indigenous Australians; for international students; and for high achieving students.

Scholarships are offered in a variety of categories and are funded by the University with the support of many generous donors and organizations. Merit Scholarships are available to recognize your academic and other achievements (such as leadership, community involvement, commitment to a program of study). Equity Scholarships provide assistance to students that may experience educational disadvantage or are from low socio-economic backgrounds, and to support access and diversity.
